Scope and responsibilities
This policy applies to RadarAlfa’s public website, authenticated platform, Chrome extension, support communications and related services. In this policy, “RadarAlfa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the RadarAlfa service.
RadarAlfa is the controller for account, website, billing and support information that we decide how to use. When a customer stores leads, contacts, call records or other business data in a workspace, that customer is generally the controller and RadarAlfa processes the information on its instructions.
Information we process
Account and workspace information
Name, business email address, authentication information, team membership, permissions, business profile, settings and support correspondence.
Lead and sales operations information
Business and professional contact information, company details, websites, phone numbers, email addresses, job information, lead source, notes, consent records, suppression status, tasks, appointments, campaign activity and CRM history supplied by users or collected at their direction.
Calling and conversation information
Where AI calling features are enabled, we may process telephone numbers, call metadata, recordings where available and authorised, transcripts, summaries, outcomes, consent status, provider references and usage charges. Customers are responsible for providing legally required AI and recording notices.
Payments and usage
Subscription status, wallet activity, transaction references, billing country, usage records and payment status. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by RadarAlfa.
Technical information
IP address, device and browser details, security events, request logs, error diagnostics and essential session information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
RadarAlfa Chrome extension
The extension lets a signed-in user select a business listing on Google Maps or a professional profile or search result on LinkedIn and save relevant information to that user’s RadarAlfa workspace.
Depending on what is visible and selected, this may include a person’s name, job title, company, business location, public profile URL, business phone number, business email address, website and notes added by the user. The extension sends information only when the user initiates a save action.
The extension uses:
- Host access on Google Maps and LinkedIn to read the page selected by the user and show the capture interface.
- Host access on radaralfa.com to authenticate the user and save selected records to the correct workspace.
- Tabs and scripting to locate an open RadarAlfa tab and make an authenticated same-origin request using code bundled with the extension.
- Local storage for the connection setting and a limited recent-save history.
The extension does not sell captured information, use it for advertising, monitor unrelated browsing history or download and execute remote code. All executable extension code is included in the published package. Google API data, if received, is used in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How and why we use information
We process information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant isolation, save and organise customer-directed records, deliver communications and calling features, process payments, reconcile provider usage, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the context, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations and consent. Customers must establish their own lawful basis for prospecting, marketing, recording and calling activities carried out through RadarAlfa.
We do not use workspace lead data or extension-captured information to build advertising profiles. We do not override verified CRM information with lower-confidence automated inferences without an appropriate review workflow.
Retention, security and deletion
We retain account and workspace information for as long as the service is active and afterwards only as needed for contractual, security, backup, dispute and legal purposes. Transaction and billing records may be retained for legally required periods. Customers control the operational retention of their CRM, transcript and call data, subject to plan capabilities and legal obligations.
Recent-save information stored by the extension is a limited local cache that a user can remove through browser extension storage or by uninstalling the extension. Removing the local cache does not delete a record already saved to a RadarAlfa workspace.
We use access controls, tenant-scoped permissions, audit logging, transport encryption and other organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of information, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If your information was added to a customer workspace, contact that customer first because it normally controls the record. We will support customers in responding to valid requests. Suppression and opt-out records may be retained where necessary to ensure a person is not contacted again.
RadarAlfa is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@radaralfa.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or workspace without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where a change materially affects how information is used.
